Birthday Party

We are celebrating our 10th Birthday Party! Join us for lots of entertainment and interactive live shows with many surprises - and guess what - we are celebrating with you for 2 days with the whole BAIT Radio crew plus many special party guests, starting on Saturday, October 13th at 5 PM CET and finishing on Sunday night with one of our founders, Apoc wrapping it up. What's next?

Unfortunately, as all good things come to an end, so does this radio station. For the last couple of years we have struggled with getting enough listeners and presenters to fill our schedule. Motivation has been a considerable issue within our crew leading to some departures or longer inactivity. While some listeners stayed with us throughout the years (special kudos to Maverick, our AutoDJ server host, who's been a loyal listener since the very start and until this day), a lot of people have moved elsewhere or found other means of entertainment.

That said, many of us - the radio hosts - also have other things happening in our lives. 10 years is a long time and we feel that we've accomplished our main mission: to bring very good entertainment to the ears of our listeners for an extended period of time and without polluting the stream with paid advertisements. BAIT Radio has never had a single paid ad. We truly hope it made a difference.

We will make a separate announcement and conclusion item where we'll wrap up all the good (and a few bad) things that describe this community and leave room for farewells. Until then, BAIT Radio keeps on rocking and we're definitely expecting you there celebrating our 10 years anniversary!
