Today's show once again featured plenty of new requests from our regular listeners and we got to learn several interesting facts from music history. See what was featured:
Today in 1981, Mark Chapman was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the murder of John Lennon.
Today in 1990, Judas Priest successfully defended themselves against a lawsuit, after two fans attempted suicide while listening to their Stained Class album. We played "Breaking the Law" by Judas Priest on the show.
We discovered a few new artists as usual, this time: Jorn (a Norwegian band suggested by Nattfare, see below!) and Kingcrow (Italian band, suggested by eQue)
Facepalm: I made a discovery that Led Zeppelin's "D'yer Mak'er" is meant to be pronounced as Jamaica (the country), not anything else.
Listeners in the chatroom: K2tlin, Kats, Enya, Maverick, EricHogue, eQue, Nattfare, Merson, CoD|Avi, rx Also listening: Richard
